Her Esthetician Policies
Because our services are in high demand, we require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your reservation some of our procedures.
The deposit amount will be deducted from your final cost.
The deposit MUST be made at time of booking or will automatically be cancelled.
By scheduling appointments that require deposits, you are agreeing to this policy.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancelled & Rescheduled
For your convenience, we provide appointment reminders by email and text for all clients 72 hours and 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rebookings or cancellations made under 48 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to reserve a new slot. Less then 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service.
No-shows/missed appointments are responsible for payment in full.
No-show for Permanent Brow Touch ups is $100. Additional booking fee of $100 is required to reserve another appointment. Touch up fees outside 8 weeks from original appointment are not included.
Giving you—and all our clients—the best possible experience is important to us. Because arriving late for your appointment can inconvenience the next scheduled client, we are unable to offer extended treatment time for late arrivals.
This means that if you arrive 15 minutes late for a one-hour procedure, we can only offer you the remaining 45 minutes of the originally-scheduled time slot, at full price. We respect your time commitment, and we believe this is the best way to be fair to everyone.
Refunds can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not possible for services rendered. However, our 5-day guarantee policy means we can make adjustments for you, free of charge, within 5 days of service.
Gift card purchases
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on gift card purchases.
