Her Esthetician Policies
Because our services are in high demand, we require a deposit to guarantee your reservation for the following procedures:
Full sets: $50
New client fills: $50
Lash lifts: $50
Multiple services totaling more than $100: $50
Parties of 3 or more: $50
The deposit amount will be deducted from your final cost.
The deposit MUST be made when you schedule the appointment. If not, we cannot reserve your time slot.
By scheduling appointments that require deposits, you are agreeing to this policy.
Deposits are refundable, but only if cancellation is made within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Giving you—and all our clients—the best possible experience is important to us. Because arriving late for your appointment can inconvenience the next scheduled client, we are unable to offer extended treatment time for late arrivals.
This means that if you arrive 15 minutes late for a one-hour procedure, we can only offer you the remaining 45 minutes of the originally-scheduled time slot, at full price. We respect your time commitment, and we believe this is the best way to be fair to everyone.

Cancelled & Rescheduled
For your convenience, we provide appointment reminders for all clients 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes or cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice are subject to the loss of your deposit or a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service cost.
No-shows/missed appointments are responsible for payment in full.
Refunds can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds are possible, but our 5-day guarantee policy means we can make adjustments for you, free of charge, within 5 days of service.
Gift card purchases
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on gift card purchases.
